DESCRIPTION: Harvested in the Crete Senesi. It is a honey with a delicate and sweet flavour, but not particularly strong. Its scent is characterized by a pleasant vegetal note. Sulla honey crystallizes spontaneously a few months after harvest, forming a fairly compact mass with medium or fine crystals. Crystallization is a natural process that affects honey and is a sign of its authenticity.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: Sulla honey has a delicate and floral flavour, with light herbaceous notes. It is excellent for sweetening tea, yogurt or for preparing light desserts. Thanks to its light sweetness and floral aroma, it can also be used to accompany fresh cheeses or to create light vinaigrettes.
