DESCRIPTION: Harvested in Pratomagno. The color is dark amber. Strong, persistent flavour, with bitter notes. Suitable for elderly people, for those with anemia problems. Does not crystallize easily.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: Chestnut honey is robust and dark in colour, with an intense and slightly bitter flavour, excellent for accompanying cheeses, meats or for sweetening rustic desserts. Its complexity also makes it ideal for marinades and condiments.
