DESCRIPTION: Harvested in the Pistoia Apennines. Very light straw yellow in colour, it has a faint smell of beeswax with notes of vanilla and almond. The flavor is light and delicate, generally very sweet, reflecting the vanilla and sugared notes found on the nose. Suitable for very early childhood and for those with blood sugar problems. Excellent intestinal regulator, useful for counteracting stomach acidity, detoxifying the liver. Does not crystallize easily
