Shipments of our products are made via courier “BRT S.p.a.” takes place in all regions of Italy, including islands and in the European areas indicated: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta , the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary.
The product will be delivered directly to the person who placed the order or to a delegated person.

The standard rate for shipping to Italy is €7.00.
The standard shipping rate for European areas is €10.00.
Shipping will be FREE for orders over €50.

Shipping rates may vary depending on the weight of the products purchased.
In Italy:
– from 0 to 3kg: €7.00
– from 3.1kg to 5kg: €8.00
– from 5.1 kg to 10kg: €10.00
– from 10.1 kg to 20kg: €13.00

In Europe:
– from 0 to 3kg: €10.00
– from 3.1kg to 5kg: €11.00
– from 5.1 kg to 10kg: €14.00
– from 10.1 kg to 20kg: €18.00

Shipping costs are not included in the final price of the product which is displayed in the product sheet.

The delivery times vary from 1 to 2 working days from the moment the courier takes delivery of the package. The terms are intended as indicative, any delays due to the appointed shipping company or third parties are not attributable to us.
Delivery takes place on weekdays, from 8.00 to 19.00.

Failure to receive the shipment is not permitted. Placing the order involves the mandatory receipt of the shipment, without prejudice to the right of return.Any storage costs due to the absence of the recipient and errors or omissions in the indication of the delivery address (including name on the bell) will be borne entirely by the buyer.
