We want to guarantee maximum satisfaction and peace of mind in the purchasing process to our customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

To make a return, fill out the following contact form within 14 days of delivery of the product.
Once you have filled out the contact form you will receive a return authorization email with the relevant instructions.

The shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer who can decide to have the package delivered via the courier of his choice or via the post office. Delivery to the courier must take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return authorization emails.We recommend using a traceable service (i.e. Registered Mail, Poste Italiane Parcel Celere 3 or Express courier service) as the responsibility for delivery lies with the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the set period.

The return will be accepted only if the product is in the same condition in which it was received. Therefore, the products of an order for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be intact and must be returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts; in particular, the packaging seals must not have been removed or, in any case, be broken. The customer will be held responsible, and therefore not compensable, for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. If the product arrives damaged upon delivery by the courier, it is mandatory to send photos of the damaged jar to the email: miebiorossi@gmail.com to activate the procedure.
For products for personal use and food, for hygienic and health reasons it is not possible to return products that have already been used.

Items returned and not accepted due to failure to comply with the regulations described will be returned to the sender.

Miele Bio Rossi di Elia Rossi is not responsible for the theft, loss and damage suffered by the products during transport; therefore all risks remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the returned products are damaged during transport, our company will only be required to notify the buyer to allow him to activate all the necessary tools to be able to take action against the carrier he has chosen.

After we have received the return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email to confirm acceptance of the return and the methods of reimbursement or shipping of the replacement item. The refund will be made via payment reversal if the PayPal system or debit or credit card was used within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the return.

The refund will be equal to the sum of the returned items excluding shipping costs.
