DESCRIPTION: Harvested in the hills of Alto Valdarno. Ivory white color, tending towards yellow. Its sweetness is tempered by herbaceous notes, the aftertaste is dry with a hint of fresh resin. It has a strong sweetening power and is an excellent antiseptic. It requires August rains as the Ivy plant begins flowering between September/October. Crystallizes immediately.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: Ivy honey, with its aromatic profile that recalls the atmosphere of the undergrowth and a slightly bitter flavour, is perfect combined with mature cheeses and smoked meats.
