The Quality of Honey comes from respect for bees and the environment
We respect bees and the environment where they grow and live their lives in every way. Our mission is to create high quality honey through the closest collaboration with nature and the surrounding environment in which we work. We strongly believe in respecting the environment in which we operate. Since 1983 we have been fighting to raise awareness among all people, starting from the little ones, about the protection and observance of Nature so as to be able to best conserve the environment over time and benefit from the wonderful fruits of its development.

Nomadism and Research
A process of symbiosis with Nature
Our production includes different types of honey obtained through the practice of nomadism. The hives are moved according to the various blooms that follow one another between spring and summer in Tuscany in environments far from any form of pollution and in full contact with the surrounding greenery. The honey produced is the result of a process of complete symbiosis with Nature, in which the bees are cared for and treated without any chemical product and the surrounding environment benefits from their presence through the pollination and development of the plants and the reduction of Co2 emission.
Organic Production
A 100% natural process
Once collected, the honey is transported to our laboratories to undergo the natural production process which will lead to the final product. Once the opening and extraction phase has been carried out from the frames, the honey is first centrifuged and filtered, then matured inside the barrels to remove excess oxygen bubbles and finally placed inside the jars to be sold and enjoyed. The production of our honey does not involve any alteration of its organoleptic characteristics. How it is harvested, how it is placed on our tables to be 100% natural and organic.
